Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal.

 

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: We recently closed our physical location in Winnipeg to focus uniquely on our online store. We are so happy to finally be able to provide service all across Canada!

 

Q: I had received a gift card from your physical store and still haven’t redeemed it. Can I still use it on your website?

A: If you haven’t yet redeemed your gift card, please contact us by email (info@orchideeboutique.com) and provide the barcode number on the back of the card. We will send you a promotional code to use on our website of the amount that was left on the card.

 

Q: I had enrolled in your loyalty program at your physical store but had not yet redeemed my discount. Can I still redeem it online?

A: Unfortunately, we were not able to transfer our loyalty program to our online store. However, if you believe you have a discount to redeem, please send us an email (info@orchideeboutique.com) with your full name and contact information you had provided us. We will then send you a promotional code to use on our website of the amount you are entitled to.
